24 Miles Bike (Along Rickenbacker Causeway)
10K (6.2 Miles) Run (Along Biscayne Bay)

 USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States. Participation in a USAT sanctioned event means the event director has the proper permits in place, liability and athlete excess medical insurance coverage and the event plan has met the standard of organization required. USA Triathlon provides rules, guidance and governance to set the standard for safe and fair multi-sport races. Special Qualifer race will qualify the top 33% or top 5 people (whichever is greater) for the 2009 Age Group Nationals.

Registration at Active.com or at Mack Cycle &Fitnes 5995 Sunset Drive, Miami Saturday, August 1st 9:00am to 2:00 pm
Race Clinic 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Race Day Packet Pickup 5:00am to 6:30 am.

A Photo ID and USAT Membership Card (if applicable) is required at packet pickup.

We encourage all participants to register early and pick up their packets prior to race day. Registration must be postmarked by July 27th to avoid late fee.
